The Gift of Hope Scholarship Program
Make a life-changing difference in the life of a child!Many families are so poor that they cannot afford to send their children to school, as supplies and tuition can be costly.
When you sponsor a child for $50/month, you help them with school registration fees, supplies, uniforms, and transportation costs so that there are no financial barriers to getting a basic education.
When you become a sponsor, we'll pair you with a child in need in Guatemala or Nepal. You will receive annual updates on your child. You and your child pray for one another, and you can exchange letters if you wish.

Sponsored Children Receive:
School
Registration fees, school supplies, uniforms, and transportation costs for students are covered with your financial support. Local staff meet with the child, and child's family, to discuss how Gift of Hope can help them achieve their goals.
After School Program
Instead of playing in the streets after school, the children come to the youth center for tutoring, a snack, prayer, hygiene education, friendship, safety, and loving care. They also learn dance, music, art, celebrate holidays together, and form a community.
Faith
On the weekends, all local children are invited to join a faith formation class. Each year the children go on a retreat, and the staff works with the local church to help students receive their sacraments.
Community
In addition, the child’s family becomes a member of the Gift of Hope community. Mothers or guardians of sponsored children support one another and enjoy events thoughout the year.
